ground in the field of certifications for fresh fruits and vegetables for export, with a
new version that allows recognition by a greater number of markets.
GLOBALG.A.P. certification covers the following aspects:
- Food safety and traceability
- Environmental protection
- Workers’ health, safety, and welfare
- Integrated crop management
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP by its initials)

Before a GLOBALG.A.P. inspection, what should be prepared?

Internal audit: conducted by an Engineer or Technician.

Pesticide residue analysis: performed by a laboratory accredited under ISO 17025.

First inspection: records must be available for at least three months prior to harvest.
