OILS

The scope of services includes:

Prior to disembarkation:

• Verification of suitability of trucks that will be used in unloading.
• Dock aptitude verification.
• Verification of cleanliness of the lecterns, for the unloading of the product.
• Verification of the inviolability of the seals of the tanks to be inspected.
• Verification of the opening of tanks to verify and certify their condition.
• Measurement of oil temperatures in tanks.
• ullage measurement per tank
• Sampling according to Fosfa (Fosfa 2008: ISO 5555 standard)

During disembarkation:

• We verify that the unloading conditions do not give rise to product spillage on deck, sea or dock.
• Weight control until the end of the discharge.
• Verification of the condition of tanks.
• Sealing of the tanks in all the covers, butterflies of entry and exit of the oil that the tank has.
• Verification of the blowing of the lines.

Disembarkation completed

We verify that the charging lines and all tanks are empty.

Quality certification

We carry out the following laboratory analysis: Free fatty acids, peroxide index, insoluble impurities, moisture and volatile matter, phosphorus, unsaponifiable matter, mineral oil, saponification index, lovibond color, lead, arsenic.

• Vessel measurement (ullage control)
• Weight certificate.
• Sampling certificate.
• Quality certificate.
• General download report.

GRAIN

The scope of services includes:

Prior to disembarkation

• Verification of suitability of trucks that will be used in unloading.
• Verification of suitability of the pier, chutes, clamshell, spoons.
• Verification of deck cleaning prior to opening the hold.
• Accompaniment of phytosanitary inspection and physical-organoleptic verification of the cargo / apparent state of the cargo in the hold (strange odors, deterioration, presence of fungi, foreign matter, etc.).

During disembarkation

• We verify that the unloading conditions do not give rise to product spillage on deck, sea or dock.
• Weight control.
• Truck verification (protected cargo exit/carped trucks)
• Verification of the cleaning conditions of unloading equipment upon entering the warehouse (payloader/bulldozer).
• Sampling according to the Gafta 124 standard.

Disembarkation completed

Verification of empty warehouses.

Quality certification

We carry out the following laboratory analyses: moisture, protein, ash, fat, fiber, etc., in addition, microbiological and physical-organoleptic.

Fumigation of warehouses

In case the warehouse is observed by SENASA and the client requires it, we provide the fumigation service.
